Confirmed orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one to two business days, subject to stock, payment status, and operational checks.

Delivery Window

Typically 5 to 7 working days

Normal delivery timelines are estimated at around 5 to 7 working days for serviceable Indian pin codes.

Courier and tracking details may appear in My Orders and the order details page after dispatch.

1. Serviceability

Delivery is available to serviceable Indian pin codes based on courier reach, operational coverage, and successful order verification where required.

2. Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed after successful placement and any required payment or fraud verification.
  • Cash on delivery orders may also be subject to verification before dispatch and may require a 30% advance payment at checkout.
  • Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or courier disruptions.

3. Estimated delivery time

  • Typical delivery is approximately 5 to 7 working days for standard serviceable locations.
  • Remote areas, weather events, public restrictions, or logistics issues may increase delivery time.
  • Any displayed delivery date should be treated as an estimate unless clearly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping charges and tracking

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout.
  • Order confirmations and status updates may be sent by email and shown in the account order-tracking flow.
  • Please ensure your registered phone number and email remain reachable for delivery coordination.

5. Customer responsibility and issues

  • You must provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable details may delay delivery or lead to cancellation.
  • If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, contact support promptly and review the exchange and cancellation/refund policies.
